A rating from A to D across water, energy, and carbon emissions, aligned with the ADEME and GSTC criteria (Viatera is a GSTC member). A reliable compass before any certification (Clef Verte, EarthCheck…). The score is based on 50+ indicators — offering a clear, benchmarked reading with actionable levers.
Does Echo cover my regulatory obligations?
Viatera Echo identifies your current gaps and areas for improvement regarding EU and national regulations (e.g.Tertiaire Decree, BACS systems, and the 2026 Environmental Label). Detailed audits and label dossiers are available through Viatera Orchestra or Signature.
Can I later upgrade to Orchestra or Signature?
Yes. If you upgrade to Orchestra or Signature within 90 days, the full Echo fee is credited — you only pay the difference.
